glutinous rice paste (glutinous rice powder 50g+ water 200cc -> bring it to boil, stir

red pepper powder 150g

garlic 100g
4.salted anchovies 80g
5.pickled shrimp 60g
6.sugar 20g
7.ginger 10g

Making
1.  
Cut napa cabbages in halves and put them in salt water and pour more salt water on them. (salt 200cc+water 2L)

Sprinkle salt over the cabbage leaves.
3. Turn the cabbages over few times (3) every 3 hours for 6-12 hours depending on the season.
4.When the cabbages soften up, wash them in clean water thoroughly (3 times).
5.After washing, place them on a bamboo basket to drain the water.
6. Adjust the saltiness by placing them in water to make them less salty. You can also put more salt into the seasoning directly to adjust the saltiness.
7.
Make kimchi seasoning while waiting for the cabbages to dry.
8.Cut all the vegetables in 5 cm length. Put 7 ingredients and 5 vegetables together.
9.Let the seasoning/stuffing sit for an hour. Spread the seasoning on the cabbage leaves.
